Reforge is led by Leah Halliwell, a senior real estate operator with more than 25 years of experience working inside real estate businesses at leadership, operational, and executive levels.

Leah’s career spans real estate business ownership, executive operations, growth and performance leadership, financial oversight, and large-scale team management. Her work has consistently focused on building strong operational foundations that allow agencies to scale, perform, and remain resilient as complexity increases.

Having worked across sales, property management, administration, marketing, operations, trust accounting, financial oversight, and leadership teams, Leah brings a practical, on-the-ground understanding of how real estate businesses operate from the inside out, translating strategy into execution through frameworks that strengthen accountability, consistency, and performance without disrupting momentum or culture. 

Alongside her consulting work, Leah acts as an outsourced AML/CTF Compliance Officer for real estate agencies. Her approach is grounded in operational reality, embedding regulatory obligations into day-to-day business practices so they are practical, understood, and consistently applied, rather than treated as standalone policy exercises.

Leah brings a highly pragmatic leadership style, combining strong commercial judgement with a clear focus on people, accountability, and capability development. She works closely with principals and senior leaders to strengthen decision-making, build confident teams, and create businesses that perform under pressure.
